Below you will find information about my fees and billing practices, as well as links to forms you will need to complete in preparation for our first meeting.

Fees

Sessions are $175 per 50 minutes. Payment is due at time of service. No fee will be charged for short telephone consults (lasting 15 minutes.)

I accept cash, checks, and PayPal and Venmo and offer a limited number of sliding scale spots on a case-by-case basis, when use of insurance or payment of my full fee is not feasible.

Insurance

Your health insurance may pay for part or all of your therapy. I am an out-of-network provider which means I do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can issue you a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of fees paid. Check your insurance plan to see if your plan includes out-of-network provider full or partial coverage.

Please download and complete the Client Contact Form below. Read the Psychotherapy Disclosure Statement and Notice of Privacy Practices. Print and sign the Signature pages for each, and bring these, along with the Client Contact Form, to our first meeting. Thank you.
